What is the fee structure for the different programmes at Hexabee Kids?
The school operates on a fee structure in three modules: Admission Fee, Book Fee, and Tuition Fee aligned to the programme opted for. You can connect with the Support team for the detailed fee structure for your chosen programme.
What safety and security measures are in place at Hexabee Kids?
Our approved safety focus includes CCTV monitoring, controlled entry and exit, staff verification, child-to-mentor ratio, first aid and medical arrangements, hygiene and sanitation, safe play equipment, pick-up and drop protocol, emergency procedures, fire safety, and fire extinguishers installed on the premises. Does Hexabee Kids provide transportation facilities for children?
The school recommends transport facilities through third-party transport facilitators. Parents are advised to make a prudent decision and select a transport facilitator independently before engaging or availing of the services.
What is the refund policy?
Administrative fees and book fees are non-refundable. If admission is cancelled within 7 days of admission, 75% of the tuition fee paid will be refunded. Cancellations made after 7 days are non-refundable, except in cases involving medical reasons concerning the child, subject to submission of valid medical records and approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the admission withdrawal request.
